§ October 2009: NATIONAL FUND OF  MICROFINANCE BENIN (FNM) Benin
Head of Mission for a  Training Seminar of  microfinance Finance  institutions in Benin on the parameters of assessment  of credits in agriculture and livestock in rural  areas

§ 2006-2008: PROJECT TO SUPPORT LOCAL COMMUNITIES OF MALI (PACR)
Head of Mission for  Services of Consultants for the development and implementation of a program of inter-reflections of  local development actors.

§ July 2003  FINANCE MINISTRY  OF CAMEROON / IFAD ( FIDA)
Diagnostic study and needs of Microfinance Institutions in Cameroon (July 2003) commissioned by the Ministry of Finance and Budget with funding from International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). This study is an inventory of Savings  and Cooperative Organizations  and other structures of Microfinance in Cameroon and suggests ways to promote the sector

§ December 2001, MINAGRI/ CAMEROUN
Cooperative policy document for Cameroon (December 2001) written at the request of Government, ILO and UNDP. This document is an inventory of cooperatives and the cooperative movement in Cameroon, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, and proposes appropriate strategies for cooperative development in Cameroon.

§ April 2000, MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (MINAGRI)  Cameroon
Participation and animation as the CTP CUROR to the “Diagnostic Study of Rural organizations according to their type in  Cameroon” (April 2000), directed by CRETES with the support of CUROR. This document provides information on the strengths and weaknesses of rural organizations in Cameroon and identifies support requested by the concerned.

    Animation of the National Seminar on setting up a support fund for the promotion of rural organizations. Coordination as a resource person and reporter.

    Providing monitoring of progress of the project “Marketing of Cocoa area SODECAO Cameroon”. Assessment Work Project in collaboration with international experts (November 1993) at the request of GTZ (German Technical Cooperation International) Investigations and proposal of recommendations§ September 1993: IRAM (Institute for Research and Application of Methods Development)
    Conducting a diagnostic study and survey to identify relevant NGOs and private cabinets, eligible building program management capacity of rural organizations.

    § July 1993: Credit Agricole du Cameroon
    Conducting a diagnostic study and survey for identifying and tracking possible partner of this Bank as informal savings collector. Pre-feasibility study for installation of the bank in the semi-rural area of ​​Nkongsamba in Cameroon.

    Animation of a  panel discussion on the role and importance of the informal sector in Cameroon Presentation of the particular case of the city of Douala

    Since 2011: Member of the Board of Directors of the African Journal of Business, An international journal of the Canadian university of Atabasca

    • Since 2010: Director General Manager and Vice chancellor  of the Pan African School of Applied Management (ESPAM  FORMATION) Cotonou

  • From 1 January 2009 to January 12, 2010: Vice Chancellor in charge of Training and Research at the African University for Cooperative Development (UADC)
    Responsibilities: Design and engineering training programs for this  newly created  University, Supervision of academic Projects and Thesis. Design and production of new training programs. Participation in the set up of the PhD program.

    § From 23 August 2007 to 02 March 2008: Acting  General Manager  of  ISPEC

    § From 2003 to 2008: Director of Studies  and Research at the Pan African  Institute of Cooperative Economy (ISPEC) located  in Cotonou, Republic  of Benin
    Design and implementation of innovative programs  : the Master in Microfinance and Master in Local Development and Decentralization have  been introduced.

From 1998 to October 2000: National Expert  ,  Coordinator and Chief Technical Advisor of an ILO Program / CUROR (Central Unit  for  the Organization for the Rural  Organization  Reform ), Ministry of Agriculture in Cameroon
Responsibilities: Technical, administrative and financial designing  of the work plan, the  external relations with representatives of the Government and Donors; operation and organization,  in collaboration with relevant donors and other partners, organization of  seminars and workshops,  outreach campaigns, and technical consulting, design and implementation of project activities, etc.

    Many  academic research projects  have been  supervised  at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) of Douala,  at  the National School of Technical Education (ENSET) of Douala ,  at the  Pan African Institute  of Development  and many other universities ,  on subjects  related to  management, economics and organization ,  in the field of   cooperatives, microfinance  as much as in Local Economic Development.
